Katie has dabbled in the physical practice of yoga for ten years, attempting to carve out space to stay active and healthy. To balance her analytical and creative mind, in 2018, she chose to explore yoga by joining Kula’s Immersion and Teacher Training with Meggie Cafferty. In this community, she has found yoga to be a valuable framework to practice her physical, mental and spiritual journey. As a novice yoga teacher, she values an inclusive and positive environment for yogis at all levels to embody their intentions and empower their body, heart, mind and spirit.
When she is not tumbling off her mat, Katie enjoys taking walks with her dog, Wali, exploring the farmers market with her husband, Aaron, and biking to work on sunny (and sometimes rainy) Moscow days.
